The Rock Mafia Twitter account, which Miley Cyrus used to speak with her fans twice, has announced that Miley is back on Twitter under another account, @Gypsyhearttour, in order to promote her upcoming international tour. Sadly Miley’s tour will not be coming to the United States as of yet, but we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.
