TNA Wrestling taped this week's edition of Impact tonight from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Thanks to Wrestling News World Orlando correspondent Tim Capture for providing us with text-message updates. Below are full results:
Dark Tryout Match:
* Ink Inc. vs Two Jobbers who work as security. One guy is Phil Shatter. Winner via neckbreaker/Samoan drop combo, Ink Inc. The jobber didn't over well. Based on his gear, I'm going to say the guy who wasn't Shatter is Johnny Clawmarks.
Xplosion:
* Eric Young vs. Suicide. Winner via flying dropkick, Suicide
* Homicide vs. Orlando Jordan. Winner via guillotine choke, Orlando Jordan.
* SoCal Val had to be taken off announcing duties for Xplosion because she lost her voice. She did one match before Jeremy Borash took over from the announce table. Remember, JB is on play-by-play with Taz for Xplosion.
TNA Impact (Airing Thursday on Spike TV):
* Abyss comes out with a giant slab of meat and his nail board. He says RVD! He says we have a plan for him. It's a plan like nothing he's experienced before and it's beyond extreme. He'll reveal the plans tonight but he's waiting for instructions from them. In the meantime let him introduce him to his girlfriend Janice (Janice is his nail board). He says she's sexy but has a dark side. He then uses Janice to beat the meat and even chews on some of it.
* We go backstage to find Sarita and Taylor Wilde fighting backstage. They fight all over the place. Eventually they end up fighting around the ring. Sarita rips the padding to expose the concrete but Taylor blocks her from taking advantage. Andrew Thomas finally calls for the bell and declares Sarita the winner after she choked Taylor Wilde out with a shirt or something she had. Nobody knew this was a match, wasn't announced as a match and no bell was rung.
* Miss Tessmacher is shown on the phone backstage. She implies she's in charge tonight. Kevin Nash walks in and is asked if she can help him. He asks if at 10:00 tonight she could do something but I couldn't hear what since the crowd was making noise for no reason.
* "I Quit" Match, Brian Kendrick vs. Douglas Williams. Brian Kendrick wins by choking Williams out until he quit.
* After the match, Kevin Nash came out. Kendrick got in his face so Nash chokeslammed him. He says the moment he went from Vince to Turner, things ruled. Then Hogan left when things started going bad. He mocked Bischoff for when The Giant fell off a building. Nash is mad for not getting time with Bischoff so maybe he'll take out some of the young boys until he gets his attention. Nash goes to powerbomb Kendrick but Jeff Jarrett comes out and says don't do it. Sting just got suspended for issues with Hogan and Bischoff. Jarrett says look at who they're pushing like Jay Lethal. Nash says he doesn't know what that has to do with this, he just wants Hogan and Bischoff's attention. Jarrett says it always has to be about him and he's an egotistical son of a b----. Nash doesn't know why Jarrett would defend Hogan and Bischoff but if he wants a problem with Nash, he's got it.
* Desmond Wolfe w/Chelsea vs. Rob Terry vs. Samoa Joe. Brutus Magnus is on commentary for the match. Winner via choke on Desmond Wolfe, Samoa Joe.
* Best of Five series: Ladder match - Beer Money, Inc. vs. TNA Tag Team Champions the Motor City Machine Guns. Before the match, Storm says Beer Money is tired of the disrespect they get and if TNA wants to put those kids in front of them then sorry bout your d--- luck. A clipboard is hanging above the ring but it's unknown what the paper work says. Winners, the Motor City Machine Guns. Storm smashed a bottle over Sabin's head after he grabbed the clipboard. Beer Money beat the Motor City Machine Guns because the referee was distracted when Storm hit the Guns with the bottle.
* Matt Morgan vs. D'Angelo Dinero. Winner via DDE, Dinero. After the match, Morgan gives Dinero a fall-away slam and Carbon Footprint. He goes for the foot against the ring post but Mr. Anderson makes the save. Anderson makes like he's going to hit Dinero with a chair but instead extends his hand in friendship. Dinero goes not accept so Anderson leaves.
* Backstage, Lacey Von Erich is arguing with Velvet Sky because Velvet is mad at Madison's actions at Victory Road and for adding a fourth member without talking to them. Lacey wants to give Madison a chance to explain. Velvet says she's going to stick her boot straight up here a--.
* Madison Rayne comes to the ring. She's out here to formally protest the decision made by Andrew Thomas at Victory Road when he stripped her of the TNA Knockout Women's Championship. The rules clearly stated that if one of the Beautiful People, Lacey Von Erich or Velvet Sky interfered, Madison would lose the title. She says neither person interfered and she has witnesses to their whereabouts. She demands a response within seven days or she'll sue TNA for every penny they have. The rest of the Beautiful People come out. Velvet Sky says before any decision is reversed, she better have a good explanation for her and Lacey and what makes her think she can let a new person in the group? Madison tells Velvet to calm down and is making this into a bigger thing than it is. Madison says Velvet must have taken her dumb blonde pills again. Madison says they weren't at Victory Road so she did what she had to do. Velvet says Madison must have overdosed on her dumb blonde pills. Velvet asks Madison why she thinks she doesn't need them anymore. Madison asks what part doesn't she understand? She doesn't need them anymore. Velvet says she's going to kick her a--. TNA Knockout Women's Champion Angelina Love comes out and calls them b----es. Angelina says she doesn't believe Velvet wasn't at Victory Road. She recognized those fake boobs of hers. Velvet says it wasn't her because the mystery person had a dumpy a-- and hers is great. Velvet then says it doesn't matter, Angelina can have her. Angelina comes to the ring and Madison demands her belt back. Angelina says try and take it. They fight for a while until the mystery woman appears and attacks Angelina. They beat her up and they leave together on the bike.
* Jay Lethal vs. Jeff Hardy. The ECW guys come out during the match and sit in the crowd. Winner via Swanton Bomb, Jeff Hardy.
* Ric Flair comes to the ring. AJ Styles and Kazarian join him. Flair says first of all, Victory Road might be the worst night of his career. Earl Hebner never heard him give up and never saw him tap. He says he's not done with Lethal. Right now it's about the first two members of Fortune, AJ Styles and Kazarian. Desmond Wolfe comes out and says America never likes to give England credit for anything and they created this country. If anybody should be in Fortune, he should. Flair starts to protest and Wolfe yells at him to listen when he's talking. Abyss comes out and everybody leaves. He tells RVD to come to him. RVD comes to the ring. Abyss says it's time to share the plans they have for him. Very soon, they are coming to TNA and when they get here they are taking over TNA. There's nothing Dixie or anybody can do to stop it. They instructed Abyss to get the TNA Championship so what he proposes is to hang Janice 15 feet over the ring and have the most extreme match ever. So the only thing left is the when and where. RVD knows what this title means to everybody so he'll try not to take this personally. He says the great thing about it is what it says to guys like him. RVD hits Abyss in the head with the belt and attacks him. Abyss eventually takes over with a chokeslam. Abyss goes for Janice but Ink Inc. comes to stop him. Abyss takes both out. Mick Foley then appears on the stage. The ECW guys run in and attack Abyss. Security comes out but are beat up. Douglas Williams, Brutus Magnus and Okada come out and get beat up. More security and agents come out and are beat up. Kendrick and Wolfe get beat. Simon Diamond and Al Snow come and join the others! D-Lo Brown and Terry Taylor get beat up. Jay Lethal and Matt Morgan get beat up. Devon runs down and is with ECW. RVD had joined ECW earlier. Jeff Jarrett comes down and is beat up. A brawl is going down. Cops come down and spray mace. Dixie Carter gets on the mic and says to stop, she invited them. They stop and then a brawl ensues again. Everybody is trying to stop the ECW guys. After all is said and done, the ECW guys stand strong in the ring to end the show.
