Disney’s “The Lion King” is arriving in theaters in 3D for two weeks beginning September 16, 2011. However, you don’t have to wait that long to get a taste of what the movie will look like in 3D since a preview of the movie is running before “Cars 2″ in 3D in theaters. “Cars 2″ 3D viewers will actually get to see the first four minutes of “The Lion King” in 3D!
This will be the first time that “The Lion King” is presented in theaters in 3D. After the movie arrives in theaters for two weeks it will be released to Diamond Edition 3D Blu-ray on October 4th.
Let us know if you see the preview of “The Lion King” in 3D when you go to the theater to see “Cars 2.”
