Miley Cyrus‘ younger sister Noah Cyrus and Noah’s friend Kacy Mooneyham filmed this new music video for Miley’s song “Fly On The Wall.” The two look like they had a ton of fun shooting the video and we love that they are using Miley’s old song and putting their own fresh spin on it!
