Actress and singer Hilary Duff has been busy lately working on her second novel “Devoted.” The book is set to hit store shelves this October and is a sequel to Hilary’s first book “Elixir,” which recently arrived in paperback!
With the former Disney star being so busy it’s no wonder that she was spotted taking some time for herself to get her nails done in Studio City, California on June 17th. We wonder what color Hilary picked for her nails?
