Bridgit Mendler recently recorded the song “We Can Change The World” as part of the Disney’s Friends For Change initiative. Below is the music video for the song, which has been a huge hit among Disney Channel fans. We are excited that Bridgit recently signed a deal with Hollywood Records to release an album, since the tracks on the CD will most likely sound a lot like Bridgit’s “We Can Change The World,” and we can’t wait to hear the new music when it is released!
