Yikes! Demi Lovato took to Twitter to bring up a valid point – there are a lot of people supporting her right now, but they might not have been there for her when she needed them most (aka when she left the Jonas Brothers World Tour / Camp Rock 2 Tour early to enter a treatment facility for emotional issues).
