Tune in to the Disney Junior programming block on the Disney Channel on February 23, 2011 at 1pm ET/PT for two new episodes of “Special Agent Oso.” The first episode is titled “Live and Let Heal.” In the episode Malcolm trips and scrapes his knee and Oso must help him clean up the scrape and put a bandage on it. The episode was written by Mike Rabb and directed by Jamie Mitchell.
In the second episode, titled “Goldenfish,” Oso teaches Santiago how to feed his new goldfish. The episode was written by Noelle Wright and written by Jamie Mitchell.

"The wait is finally over! Britney Spears has released her music video for the song “Hold It Against Me” off of her upcoming album “Femme Fatale.” The video is interesting to say the least! There’s tons going on and lots of different scenes and costume changes. There’s also a bunch of advertising – how many ads can you count in the video?

In the interview below you can listen to Nick Jonas talk about how he has been working on writing music and producing music for a number of different artists. He talks about how great it is that he doesn’t have to work inside a box and he can work on any type of music that he wants.
Nick also talks about how the Jonas Brothers are on hold for a while so they can each concentrate on their own things – especially with Joe gearing up to release his solo album in the very near future. Nick comments that he wants the next Jonas Brothers album to be perfect, so it is going to take some time.
If you listen to the very end of the video Nick makes a comment about how he wants Joe to release his solo album in the best possible scenario, and if that means he himself having to step back for a bit until the album is out then he’s okay with that. What do you think about Nick’s comment?

"It is being reported that the “Toy Story” short titled “Hawaiian Vacation” will not be the only “Toy Story” short that will arrive in 2011 from Pixar. A second short, which has not yet been titled, will run before “The Muppets” movie in theaters when it arrives on November 23, 2011.
We’ll keep you posted as soon as more details about the second short are released.
"Taylor Swift has a crush on Owl City’s Adam Young and she recorded the song “Enchanted” on her “Speak Now” album for him. The song is about Taylor’s first time meeting Adam in New York.
Now, Adam has responded by recording his own version of the song for Taylor – even using her name in the song!

I really do appreciate the use of music in Glee. I think everyone can relate that’s in the music business. Everyone’s just thankful that music is kind of popular again because Glee does a great job of incorporating it into the show. I would humbly say that if there’s ever an opportunity they see that I could work well on that show, I would be honored. Plus I think that cast is really talented – it would be fun.
Nick also said that if the cast of “Glee” ever wanted to use any of the Jonas Brothers songs he would have no problem at all!

"Yikes! According to a source Miley Cyrus is upset with her father Billy Ray Cyrus for the in-depth GQ interview he gave recently where he bashed the Disney Channel Original Series “Hannah Montana” that made Miley the star she is today, saying it tore his family apart.
Here’s what the source, who is reportedly a friend of Miley’s, had to say:
To say Miley is angry is an understatement. She’s furious that her own flesh and blood would make a private matter so public. Who does he think he is, Michael Lohan? This isn’t what a father does. He never said a bad world about ‘Hannah Montana’ all those years it made millions for the family, and now that Miley has turned 18 and is making her own decisions, he does this. Unforgivable.
The source also revealed that Miley and Billy Ray haven’t spoken since December – yikes! Thoughts?

Demi is recording music, but she’s not back to set yet. She’ll start shooting the show again when she’s ready.

"On May 10, 2011 ABC Studios is releasing the Home Improvement: 20th Anniversary Complete Collection to DVD. The collection will retail for around $90 and includes 25 discs.
The main actor in the show “Home Improvement” is Tim Allen. Tim’s most recent work with the Walt Disney Company consists of voicing the character Buzz Lightyear in the “Toy Story” movies.

Walt Disney Records has released a new album, Jazz Volume 1: Everybody Wants To Be A Cat. The album is a compilation of newly recorded songs that are based on some of our favorite classic Disney melodies. The album is part of Disney’s Pearl Series.
There are 13 songs on the album, which was produced by Jason Olaine and engineered by Joe Ferla. Brian Malouf served as executive producer and Matt Fitz-Henry served as associate producer. Jason said about the album coming together:
I wanted to get a group of people together who would reresent the many styles of jazz, such as getting The Bad Plus for an adventurous take, Regina Carter for a world music-oriented rendering and Joshua Redman for a well-rounded sound. We wanted to get the breadth and depth of what jazz is, as well as represent the generations of players, ranging from Dave Brubeck, who recorded a full album of Disney music, ‘Dave Digs Disney,’ in 1957, to Nikki Yanofsky, who’s still a teenager.

While each song is influenced by jazz, they are all different and individual.

Actress Chelsea Staub, from the former Disney show “JONAS L.A.” and the current Disney animated series “Fish Hooks,” took to Twitter to comment on her name change from Chelsea Staub to Chelsea Kane. Here’s what she had to say:
No. I did not get married. Yes. Kane is my middle name. And. Lost my verification when I changed my name, but working to get it back. Why? People struggled with pronouncing and spelling ‘Staub.’ Got tired of ‘Stab’ and ‘Stub,’ so ‘Chelsea Kane’ makes life simpler. I know it’s a little strange to get used to, but thanks for making the best of it until we all get comfortable with it! Xoxo
