Ok, this is too cute! We know that Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet only play a couple on TV’s hilarious comedy “Modern Family,” but they are just SO adorable together! Here’s what Jesse posted on Twitter earlier today in honor of Valentine’s Day:
