The official WWE website announced today Carlito (real name Carlos Colon) has been released from the company. According to their article, the termination was due to his first violation of the WWE Wellness Program and his subsequent refusal to attend a rehabilitation facility.

Ted DiBiase Inducting His Father Into The WWE Hall Of Fame

 Brian Fritz of AOL FanHouse has a new interview online with Ted DiBiase. While DiBiase speaks mostly in-character, below are some of his more legit comments:

Inducting his father with his brother into the WWE Hall of Fame: Honestly, that was really special. That was a very surreal moment and another moment I'll never forget and I'll cherish forever. I was proud of the old man and he definitely deserved what he got. That night with the next day following with WrestleMania was just ... It's hard to put in words because when you have a dream and then it comes true. You dream about becoming a wrestler and then your ultimate dream is wrestling at WrestleMania because that's it, you can't go any bigger than that. Main eventing WrestleMania is next and I definitely plan on doing that too. I've been there now and when your dreams come true, it's just something you can't describe. It's a very good feeling and a huge blessing.

When asked if WWE or his father had the Million Dollar Title: My dad actually had it. I don't know where he was keeping it either. I hadn't seen it in an extremely long time. I didn't even know that he still had it. Then one day, I get a knock on my door and it's my father and he was trying to - I don't know - make up for lost time I guess. It was a nice gesture. I think it's kind of helped our relationship a little bit.

Randy Orton: "The Travel Is Tougher On My Body Than The Actual Wrestling"

The Detroit News has a new article online featuring quotes from Randy Orton. Below are the highlights:

The hectic WWE travel schedule: "The travel, nowadays, is almost tougher on my body than the actual wrestling... Sitting in a rental car and driving yourself at 4 or 5 in the morning, trying to get to the gym on four or five hours of sleep, trying to eat well and stay in shape, not getting sick and taking care of yourself, plus being 100 percent in the ring? It's hard to complain, you just sort of take it. It's part of the job."

The babyface direction of his character: "It's been a really organic transition... It wasn't something where we told people, hey, this guy's changing so you better like it. (The fans) turned me into something different. I'm not really a different character, I'm still the same guy that I was last year. I'm not necessarily a babyface... I'm kind of like a shade of gray."

Kevin Nash Defends Bubba The Love Sponge

CM Punk in the ring with three indy workers sitting on stools. The only recognizable worker is Ontario/Quebec wrestler Michael Von Payton (InterSpecies Wrestling, C*4 and others). Gallows and Sarena are running down young drinking in Canada. Punk leads the Straight Edge Pledge. All three have their heads shaved bald. Rey Mysterio comes out and shows photos on the screen of what Punk would look like bald. An irate Punk attacks all the pledges out of frustration.

* Layla and Michelle McCool (announced as the co-Women's champions) defeated Tiffany and Kelly Kelly.


Big Show does a promo on the Titantron making fun of Jack Swagger.

* JTG pinned Croft.


Vickie Guerrero is speaking with Christian backstage. She asks who the first guest on the new Peep show will be. She intimates it should be her. Christian says he wants viewers, so no.

* Vance Archer and Curt Hawkins defeat Ontario independents wrestlers Jeremy Prophet and Tyler Tirva.

Kofi Kingston pinned WWE World champion Jack Swagger with a high cross bodyblock in a non-title match when Big Show distracted Swagger.

*The Guest on the Peep Show is Hornswoggle. Christian teaches Hornswoggle how to speak Canadian and say 'eh', as well as beer and hockey. Vickie and Chavo Guerrero come out. Vickie says she's shutting down the Peep Show. Christian calls Vickie a moose. Hornswoggle hides in a box. Chavo enters the ring. Ziggler attacks Christian from behind, laying him out.

* Rey Mysterio and MVP defeated CM Punk and Luke Gallows.

Mysterio gets the pin on Punk, despite an attempt by the hooded S.E.S. member to interfere.

* Big Show defeated WWE Intercontinental champion Drew McIntyre by DQ.
