Dark Match: John Morrison def. Tyler Reks

WWE Star John Morrison starts us off to a monster ovation! WWE Star Tyler Reks to some heat. Good to see He's didn't go back to flying planes. Morrison has the crowd in the palm of his hands. Now even Reks is getting MAJOR heat. "Morrison" chants lead to the flying chuck kick and starship pain for the pin about 5 minutes in.

WWE SmackDown Opener:

WWE Star Kane has a major announcement tonight. We're starting with Alberto Del Rio shenanigans. Glad he gets to use WWE Star Christian Cage's old pyro. There are a whole bunch of servants in ring. One has a pinata. Aye aye aye. At least He's got heat here for taking out Rey. He wrecks the pinata like it's Rey, then toasts to himself. Speaking of Christians pyro, Christian must be here to take it back from him. Christian calls him Juan Bradshaw Layfield n Enrique Iglesias. At least he makes PG comedy work. Del Rio backs down from the proposition of a fight tonight, but we will be seeing Christian in action later. Drew McIntyre runs in. He hops the barricade from crowd to ring and takes a few shots on Christian on the outside. Drew taunts the crowd as the ring is changed. Legendary promo. Blah. Replay of Drew attacking Christian.

Christian def. Drew McIntyre

McIntyre vs Christian is underway. Second match of the night to tease a double count out at 9. Christian wins in 5 with his recent finisher: the roll up. I'm pissed i don't get to hear McIntyre's theme music.

Kelly Kelly def. Michelle McCool

WWE Diva Kelly Kelly squared is out for a divas match. Blue is definitely her color. Laycool out next with WWE Diva Michelle being on active duty tonight. Mrs Taker looks good in the SmackDown team colors as well. Layla is on commentary. Michelle with the faithbreaker in 2 or 3 minutes for the clean win.

Kane will have an important announcement later.

WWE WrestleMania 27 promo that actually showed Flair. Chris Masters is on his way out now to no worse of a reaction than normal.

Dolph Ziggler def. Chris Masters

His entrance won't make tv. Vickie is out to RIDICULOUS heat to introduce WWE Star Dolph Ziggler, i barely made out a word she said. Before the match, highlights of WWE Star Kofi chasing Dolph out of the arena last week. Masters lit up Dolph with a LOUD chop, so much for the ban. Dolph wins with the zig zag after fighting off the master lock in 2 minutes.

Big Show def.. Straight Edge Society

WWE Superstar Big Show is on is way out to the arena to take on the Straight Edge Society, NEXT!! Tribute to the Troops still montage stirs up some USA chants. It's the Big Show! And It's a big pop. Highlights from last nights RAW with Punk n Show. Mercury is ringside with the Society. Punk and Show are starting it off, quickly changes to Gallows. Only an hour away from the live WWE NXT finale! Big Show delivers the 2nd chop of the night to Gallows. Match is being kept to the floor with the numbers game being used. Show went for a tackle on Punk and ate stairs. Show beats the ten count at 9, deja vu for the 3rd time tonight. Big Show makes Gallows tap in 8 minutes with a camel clutch variation. Mercury was taken out half way through after Show evened the odds. CM Punk with the GTS on Gallows post match in anger.

MVP's VIP Lounge w/ The Swagger's

Swagger out to less heat than expected with his "dad" in a wheelchair. Remember that: Swagger Sr. sells injuries longer than Cena does. I feel like they have the same trophies out that Show destroyed during their feud...? Swagger is pissed at "WHAT?" chants. Recap of Kane wrecking Swagger Sr incase we don't remember why He's in a wheel chair. I hope MVP gets to boot him. Swagger might not get to push up in his entrance anymore, but he brought them to the Lounge tonight. Finally MVP is out for the interruption. MVP declares the VIP lounge and starts chucking trophies. Swagger uses his dad as a buffer, and Swagger Sr with a pay dirt and "BALLIN'!" Oddly enough, despite getting a pop for the elbow drop, crowd gave MVP some heat for laying out the old man. Swagger hightails it.

Cody Rhodes def. Matt Hardy

WWE Star Matt Hardy is out for one on one action. WWE NXT in 30 minutes! Dashing WWE Star Cody Rhodes is trying to talk Matt into taking his grooming tips before their match. He calls Matt fatso. Oh snap. Matt has been doing a "hardy" amount of eating, eh? I have to say, Cody has an old school delivery that makes this crap not as awful. Matt is working over Cody's exposed knees. Still to come - Kane's major announcement and the WWE NXT live finale. The tide reverses and Cody plants Matt for the win in 5 minutes. Up next the WWE SmackDown "Main Event": Kane's Major Announcement!

Notes: More Legendary promo. They're covering the stage up, preparing for a Taker sighting perhaps?

WWE SmackDown Main Event Promo: Kane's Major Announcement:

Kane's pyro wrecks us all, and he doesn't even bother to come out. He confirms his Night of Champions match with Taker via backstage promo. Kane fades out with maniacal laughter, druids bring a casket out while the arena is bathed in blue. Kane emerges from the casket. Still laughing. Is Kane the Hugo Strange to Undertaker's Batman. WWE NXT live finale starts in ten minutes! Yet Kane still is babbling about Taker... At least its better than more devil talk. The Undertaker gong is more epic when It's stopping nonsense. Here comes the dead man. As Taker jumps in the ring, the lights go out and Kane bolts. Casket ringside is closed now, Taker checks it. No dice, Kane went backstage. Kane has more words of wisdom from backstage, threatening Taker with destruction. More Kane pyro to end WWE Smackdown evily.

Results WWE NXT 08/31/2010 :Kaval Wins WWE NXT Season 2

WWE NXT Results - August 31, 2010

The show opens with a video package reviewing the highlights of Season 2 which concludes tonight. Kaval, Michael McGillicutty and Alex Riley end the segment with voice-overs, saying they will win tonight. Cue Wild and Young music and standard NXT opener.

The pyrotechnics go off at the top of the ramp and we're live from the Times Union Center in Albany, New York. Michael Cole welcomes us to the air. We go to he and Josh Mathews who talk about tonight's finale. Over to Ashley Valence who announces the Pros from the ring - WWE Superstars MVP, Zack Ryder, John Morrison, Mark Henry, "Dashing" Cody Rhodes and The Miz.

WWE Star The Miz has a microphone and tells the fans to get out of their seats and welcome his Rookie, the only Rookie that has proved he's the next WWE breakout star, Alex Riley. Riley comes out and they head down the ramp. LayCool come out next and introduce Kaval in unison.WWE Star Kofi Kingston tells the fans to put their hands together for his Rookie Michael McGillicutty.

The remaining Rookies and their Pros are in the ring with Matt Striker. Striker welcomes the eliminated Rookies who were eliminated during Season 2. Titus O'Neal, Eli Cottonwood, Lucky Cannon, "Showtime" Percy Watson and Husky Harris as they are sitting front row ringside. Striker says the winner will not only be WWE's next breakout star but they will earn a championship match live on pay-per-view. But Rookies, tonight the pressure is times two because they are going to have another double eliminations. Striker tells Alex not to smile just yet. He asks Kofi if he's ready. The three Rookies will face off against each other in a triple threat match and that is coming up next.

Things break down after the announcement, with Kaval, Kofi and McGillicutty clearing the ring. Season 3 is going to be an all Divas edition. Kelly Kelly is introduced as a Pro and introduces here Rookie Naomi (Naomi Night in FCW and the current FCW Divas Champion). Cue a bio video package.

- Commercial Break -

Triple Threat Match: Alex Riley vs. Michael McGillicutty vs. Kaval

The start:

Back from the break and the bell rings. Kaval is going at it with McGillicutty. He applies a side headlock but Kaval gets out. Michael back on the offensive. Kaval counters with some high flying maneuvers and gets the first quick cover.

Mid-match notes:

Alex Riley is down in the corner as Kaval goes back to McGillicutty. Michaels goes off the ropes and lands a dropkick in a counter. He follows with a quick cover. Riley is back up and takes out both his opponents. McGillicutty counters and pins Riley for a two count. He takes out Kaval but eats kicks from Riley.

McGillicutty counters and hits a nice backbreaker on Riley followed by a cover. Kaval makes the save. Kaval takes out McGillicutty then works with Alex Riley. Hard chop from Kaval onto Alex Riley. Riley reverses it and delivers a chop the chest of Kaval of his own. McGillicutty comes over and takes out Riley then chops Kaval in the corner. He stomps Riley but Kaval hits a chop, knocking McGillicutty to the apron. Kaval attempts a suplex to bring him back in the ring but it's reversed and Kaval is thrown to the outside. Riley knocks McGillicutty to the outside as we go to break.

- Commercial Break -

Back in the ring, Riley has McGillicutty in a sleeper on the mat. Kaval staggers back in the ring and breaks the hold. Riley was in control during the break. Riley gets back into the action and counters on both his opponents. Michael Cole high fives The Miz at ringside and tells him he's doing a great job. McGillicutty hits a clothesline on Riley and follows with a splash. He hits a belly-to-belly suplex and gets a two count when Kaval makes the save. Kaval goes to work on McGillicutty, hitting a spin kick to the face and a two count.

Riley climbs up to the top rope but Kaval comes over to stop him. Riley appears to knock him off but Kaval actually rolled through and took him off the to the outside with a kick. McGillicutty takes out Kaval from behind and gets a two count. Kaval counters and locks in the bite of the dragon (dragon sleeper). McGillicutty makes it to the ropes to have the hold broken. Kaval tries an innovative splash in the corner on McGillicutty but he gets out of the way.

The finish:

Fisherman's suplex by McGillicutty on Kaval. He goes for the cover but Riley pulls him out of the ring. McGillicutty gets out and takes out Riley on the outside. McGillicutty goes for the McGillicutter but Kaval counters, seemingly knocking him out. Kaval goes to the top but Alex Riley pulls him off and pins McGillicutty to win the match.

Winner - Alex Riley

Richard Reacts: Good match, wow what I would have done for this to be on last night's Raw. There was a lot of back and forth but it would have worked very well as a pay-per-view opener. Fast-paced action with no one in particular booked to dominate.

Alicia Fox is revealed as a Pro for Season 3, her Rookie is Maxine. They show a bio video package for her. We see the Pros comparing notes as we go to break.

- Commercial Break -

Backstage, Goldust is revealed as a Season 3 Pro. Aksana is his Rookie. She's Lithuanian as they run her bio video package.

Matt Striker says the time for the first elimination is upon us. He wants to interview the guys eliminated. Titus O'Neal is first and asked who should win NXT and why. He says we got the Ninja, Will Ferrell's look alike and the guy trying to re-live his high school football days. HE says the guy trying to relive his high school days. Eli Cottonwood says Alex Riley should win because he has everything and is the most likable. Lucky Cannon says they flushed the show down the toilet when he was cut. Percy Watson picks McGillicutty. Husky Harris picks McGillicutty, saying he was just born better like himself and his pro Cody Rhodes.

Alex Riley has been eliminated.

The Miz is livid at the top of the ramp. Striker asks him for his final words. He says to Striker the worst part of the show is listening to him talk over him the entire time. Riley says 25% counts? He says his father wasn't a sports entertainer and he didn't spend his youth in a bar trying to develop a name for himself because he actually went to college. He says when this competition started no one knew who he is, but he nearly won because he's the most talented guy in this contest. Riley says he would bet the future of the WWE on Alex Riley.

The Bella Twins are revealed as two Pros for Season 3. Their Rookie is Jamie (Jamie Keyes). They run a bio video package for her.

- Commercial Break -

We're back at the announce table with Josh Mathews and Michael Cole. They recap the fact Alex Riley was just eliminated from the show. Cole says that's a shame as they show the video highlight package from WWE is Shanghai, China that aired on Raw.

Primo is revealed as a Pro for Season 3. His Rookie is A.J. (A.J. Lee). Cue her video bio video package.

Matt Striker is in the ring with Kaval and McGillicutty. He tells them to face one another. He wants them to tell the other Rookie why they should be eliminated and why they should win. McGillicutty asks LayCool if they seriously submitted their adopted ninja baby as a contestant on NXT. He tells Kaval he doesn't know if he should spank him and talks down to him for taking 13 years to get here. Kaval, that is your name right, doesn't that mean flute? Good name, I hope his parents are happy. No matter how much you like it... his time is up.

Kaval's turn on the mic. Kaval says, well let's think about this, Michael you were trained by WWE Hall of Famer Harley Race; you're a third generation Superstar. You were setup perfectly to be a star here. All I got is a high school diploma and a deep voice. I'm just a kid from New York. Kaval says it took him 13 years to get here but he's established himself around the world and got to be in the ring with legends such as Eddie Guerrero. His time is up as Matt Striker says one of these will be the next WWE breakout star and they'll earn a championship match on pay-per-view. Cole asks Mathews who he picks but he says we'll find out next.

- Commercial Break -

Vickie Guerrero is revealed as a Pro on Season 3. Her Rookie is Aloisia. Aloisia is Isis The Amazon, the 6'7 Diva. Cue her bio video package.

Matt Striker announces the winner of NXT Season 2 and the next breakout star is... Kaval! Kaval celebrates in the ring as LayCool hug him in the ring. McGillicutty looks dejected as Kaval gets a title shot at an upcoming WWE pay-per-view. Striker asks McGillicutty what's going through his mind. He grabs the mic from Striker but is slow to speak. Kofi, his Pro, stares from the ramp. McGillicutty says he doesn't know what to say... him? him? You are going to go to a PPV and have a title shot, you have got to be kidding me, that is going to suck. He tells Kaval he is nowhere near the level of Michael McGillicutty. He says ever since he started NXT it was to become a World Heavyweight Champion but he got eliminated today and lost his guaranteed shot at a title. Michael says that's not going to stop him from becoming a future world champion. He says he's going to be a big time player in WWE and is the next big thing, the next generation. Starting this moment, this will be the moment starting now, the genesis of McGillicutty. He gets a lot of heat on his way down the ramp.

Striker tells Kaval it's a long way from the dog house but the show is his. Kaval says he doesn't know what to say but says "thank you" to the WWE Universe. All of the eliminated Rookies hit the ring and take him out. The Pros run in to make the save. It's chaos in the ring as things have completely broken down. Referees come out to break up the melee. Husky Harris hits his finisher on Kaval. Alex Riley and Michael McGillicutty come back out and hit the ring. McGillicutty goes after Kaval but Kaval goes back after him. Riley just hit his finisher on Percy Watson. Harris has Kaval on the mat.

Percy Watson is thrown out by Riley. McGillicutty, Harris, Riley and Lucky Cannon work over Kaval in the ring. Harris hits his finisher as Riley delivers his finisher. The eliminated Rookies continue their beat down as Titus O'Neal hits his finisher. McGillicutty stands over him and talks him down. LayCool are mortified on the ramp.

We close with a video package highlighting WWE NXT Season 2.

Richard Reacts: The closing segment was way too much like The Nexus. WWE found a good thing with The Nexus but to make another "rebel" group out of eliminated rookies is overdoing the gimmick. The segment got heat but I'm not sure if it was for the right reasons. Thanks for joining us - goodnight everyone!

RAW Opening Segment:

WWE legend Bret Hart comes to the ring and says thanks to the fans, WWE Monday Night RAW is going strong after 17 years and has the most show in history. He was there for the first show, and the only other wrestler still here for that show, is The WWE Superstar the Undertaker. He thought it would be appropriate if... WWE Star Kane interrupts him and comes to the ring. Kane says there is no Undertaker anymore, and it is thanks to him decimating him and leaving him to rot. He says he is no longer phenomenal, and he is just a man.

Kane says Undertaker is just like Bret; feeble, weak, over the hill and damaged. The last time he was truly the Undertaker was at WWE Wrestlemania when he retired WWE Former Shawn Michaels. He thinks Bret enjoyed what happened, and Bret says he is going to enjoy seeing the Undertaker beat Kane, just like he always does.

Kane says he finally broke out of his brother's shadow, and since the Undertaker took out an icon, he needs to do the same. Kane chokes Bret, and the Hart Dynasty hits the ring to try and help, but Kane fights them all off. The gong sounds and the Undertaker appears in the ring and stands off with Kane, but Kane shakes his head and leaves the ring saying not yet, brother not yet.

Cole interrupts with a GM email and it says in honor of WWE RAW's 900th episode, we will have a main event worthy of this show, and it will be Bret Hart vs the Undertaker! Undertaker and Bret look at each other before Bret leaves the ring and Undertaker watches him leave.

WWE Triple Threat Tag Team Match:

WWE Superstars Kofi Kingston & Michael McGillicutty vs Daniel Bryan & Kaval vs Alex Riley & The Miz

WWE Star The Miz and Daniel Bryan argue and Riley takes down Bryan from behind, then Kofi gets in against Bryan. Bryan knocks down Kofi then punches Miz on the outside, but Riley comes back to gain control of Kofi. Kofi hits the Boom Drop but Bryan breaks it up and all three men are down on the mat. Kaval and McGillicutty tag in and Kaval puts on a rear submission but Riley breaks it up. Miz gets knocked off the apron by Kaval, and he knocks down McGillicutty then hits the Warrior's Way. Miz runs in and hits the Skull Crushing Finale and steals the win.

Miz taunts Bryan as he leaves the ring, and Bryan kicks Riley in the face on the apron. Miz sees this and runs in and knocks out Bryan with the briefcase, then celebrates on the ramp with Riley.

Winners - Alex Riley & The Miz

Team LayCool vs WWE Divas Eve Torres & Melina

WWE Diva Melina hits Michelle with forearm shots but Michelle gets control and tags in Layla. Layla taunts Melina then tries to tag in Michelle, but Melina shoves her into Michelle, knocking her off the apron. Melina rolls up Layla and gets the quick win.

After the match LayCool taunts Melina and says tonight's victory was forgettable, and they think it's time to prove who the real women's champion is, so they want to challenge Melina to a title unification match. Michelle says one of them will face her at Night of Champions, and Melina says she came prepared, so if this match is going to happen, it will be a lumberjack match. LayCool says fine and agrees to the match and the lumberjacks comes out to the ramp while LayCool taunts Melina some more.

Winners - Eve Torres & Melina

We go backstage to Nexus' locker room and Tarver says people are talking about them being weak because they kicked out Darren Young and Skip Sheffield broke his ankle. Otunga says all they did was trim the fat and Barrett says they aren't weak, and in three weeks he'll prove it when he is WWE Champion. He says they need to do something tonight that no one will ever forget, and he knows exactly what they need to do.

Josh Mathews is in the back and he asks about WWE Star Chris Jericho's history on WWE RAW, but Jericho says he had an epiphany, and if he doesn't win the title at WWE Night of Champions, he will leave and that's it. Josh brings up Jericho being fired before and threatening to leave, but Jericho says he is absolutely serious and he will prove it tonight.

#1 Contender Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship:

WWE Superstars John Morrison & R-Truth vs "Dashing" Cody Rhodes & Drew McIntyre

WWE Star Cody Rhodes knock John Morrison off the apron then all four men start fighting in the ring. They won't break up and the ref rings the bell to throw the match out. They continue to fight after the bell and Morrison dropkicks Drew into the GM podium and Truth hits a crossbody to the outside on Cody by the bottom of the ramp. Truth and Morrison leave them laying and walk back up the ramp together.

Result - No Contest

Bret "Hitman" Hart vs The Undertaker

Before this starts Wade Barrett interrupts and says this match is not happening. People don't want to see legends, they want to see Nexus, and he is going to do something right now that will be unforgettable. He gets in the ring and fights with Undertaker but he gets pummeled with fists and Undertaker clotheslines him out of the ring.

The gong sounds and the lights go out, but when they come back on Kane is in the ring with Undertaker! The brothers start trading blows and Undertaker grabs Kane by the throat, then the lights go out again and Kane disappears. Nexus' music hits and the rest of the group comes down to the ring. They surround the ring then attack as Undertaker tries to fight them off. He grabs Barrett by the throat and the lights go out once again, and Barrett has the Undertaker on his shoulders.

Barrett hits the Wasteland as Kane watches from the ramp, then they drag him to the corner and Gabriel hits the 450 splash. Undertaker tries sitting up, but he ends up falling back down in pain, and Kane laughs from the top of the entrance ramp.

Result - No Contest

Jack Swagger comes out and says everyone should hail the returning hero, because he left an All American American, but he returns to RAW as a former world champion. He knows why Johnny Damon wouldn't want to come back to Boston (no one wants him, stay in Detroit :D) but he promises he has no problem bringing some swagger back to RAW.

WWE Superstars Jack Swagger vs Evan Bourne.

WWE Star Jack Swagger throws Evan Bourne into the turnbuckles them shoves him on the mat. Bourne fights back with kicks to the legs, and the match gets interrupted by Alberto Del Rio! Alberto drives his Bentley out to the arena while the match continues, as Swagger rams his shoulder into Bourne's ribs in the corner. Alberto is beeping the horn on his car and his personal ring announcer grabs a mic and announces him to the crowd while Swagger picks up Bourne and holds him on his shoulder.

Swagger misses a powerslam and Bourne kicks him then goes up top to hit the Shooting Star Press. Swagger moves out of the way, then he chop blocks Bourne and applies the Ankle Lock. Bourne immediately taps and Swagger wins the match, then Alberto gets on the mic and runs down Rey Mysterio.

Alberto talks about beating up Rey Mysterio on Smackdown next, and he says the only place you will see Rey is in the hospital, but he is not completely happy with it. He says the reason he is not very happy is because his audience from RAW didn't get to see it, so he is going to recreate that moment right now with Bourne.

Alberto runs in the ring with a chair and applies his armbar submission then lets go and kicks Bourne out of the ring. He grabs the chair and follows outside, but Mark Henry rushes the ring and punches the chair out of Alberto's hands. Alberto retreats back up the ramp and keeps taunting him as Henry screams to come do that to him.

Winner - Jack Swagger

WWE Superstar CM Punk comes to the ring and says he is better than WWE Legend the Rock. He doesn't smoke, he doesn't drink, and he doesn't make crappy movies like The Tooth Fairy. He asks the audience if they miss the Rock, but he doesn't miss him, because he epitomized the bad family values WWE RAW stood for. He references DX and then mentions Katie Vick, but says it's OK if some people don't get it because it will only drive them to drink.

Punk wants to show the audience some of the most despicable acts in WWE RAW history, and rolls clips of WWE Superstar Triple H invading Orton's home, WWE Superstar John Cena throwing WWE Star Edge in a river, DX invading WCW, and Stone Cold using the beer hose on Santino. Punk says he expects the audience would like to see Austin come to the ring and spray him with beer. Austin's music hits and Punk looks worried, then starts laughing and says they all fell for it. He says right now they feel just like he feels every time he comes to Boston, and he wants to show one more clip. They play Lesnar suplerplexing Big Show through the ring, and he says he could watch it over and over, then makes fun of the Big Show.

WWE Star Big Show's music plays and Punk asks why he always gets interrupted. Show says he tried to embarrass him, but think of something better. Show brings up Eddie Guerrero giving him a tainted burrito and the crowd starts a loud Eddie chant. He also brings up the Akebono sumo match, and when he got caught kissing Vickie Guerrero, but says fat jokes won't work.

He says he wants to do a S.E.S. joke and mocks them in a Hulk Hogan voice, but Punk says it was boring and he isn't funny. Punk says he won't high five Big Show, because there is nothing high about them, and says that is why they are better than Show. Show slaps Punk down to the mat, and Gallows tries to fight Show but he clotheslines him out of the ring and they all retreat up the ramp.

WWE Star Sheamus comes out to the ramp and says everyone is celebrating WWE RAW, except for HHH, because Sheamus took him out. He says he is being punished for it by defending his title at Night of Champions, and starts putting down the fans. He says to make it even worse, he has to tag with four of his opponents tonight, and says he it is discrimination against him and he is being treated unfairly.

Edge interrupts, and puts over things he has been through on WWE RAW, but says he has given back three times more punishment. He talks about his Royal Rumble win, and Money In The Bank, and says he will add winning the Six Pack Challenge to the list, and calls Sheamus "Beeker" (Muppets, lol) before heading to the ring.

5 on 5 Elimination Tag Team Match:
Edge, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, John Cena & Sheamus vs Nexus

Jericho stands off against Tarver, then walks out of the ring and the ref starts the count. He stands in the aisle and fakes going back in the ring, but goes to the back and gets counted out for the first elimination. Edge gets in now, and he shoves the referee down, and gets himself intentionally disqualified. Cena is next to get in and he punches Tarver then hits a bulldog and tags in Sheamus. Sheamus kicks away at him then works on Slater, and throws him into the turnbuckle then knees him in the head. Sheamus elbows Slater on the apron, and rolls him back in, but Slater tags in Otunga.

Otunga taunts Sheamus and gets clotheslined, then gets hit with a forearm smash and kicks in the corner. Sheamus sends Otunga into the corner and Slater tags in. Nexus uses quick tags to fight Sheamus but he comes back briefly and takes Barrett and Tarver off the apron. Sheamus then gets to Otunga but Gabriel hits Sheamus and Slater gets the pin to eliminate Sheamus.

Cena is in next and hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle and Attitude Adjustment on Slater to eliminate him. Barrett gets in the ring and dumps Cena outside, then distracts the referee while the other members take cheap shots at Cena. Barrett goes outside and slams Cena's head off the announce table and rolls him back into the ring but only gets a two count. Gabriel tags in and hits a high kick on Cena with Barrett holding him, and then he tries an illegal choke and a corner splash for two.

Otunga tags in and continues to dominate Cena. Cena counters Otunga's suplex to hit one of his own. Cena counters and makes Otunga tap in the STF. Gabriel quickly hits the 450 splash on Cena and pins him. As he is celebrating Orton hits the RKO and eliminates him. Orton hits the RKO on Tarver next and eliminates him, and it's down to Barrett and Orton. It doesn't take long as Barrett hits The Wasteland and pins Orton to win the match.
