TRIPLE H has admitted he wouldn't have let his young children watch Attitude Era WWE.The 40-year-old grappler has two kids — Aurora Rose, three, and Murphy Claire, one — with Stephanie McMahon, daughter of WWE boss Vince.
Triple H shot to fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s thanks to the shocking storylines and bloody action the company then promoted.However in recent years, the WWE has moved towards a more "family friendly" PG-rated product. Hunter told the New York Times: "I've got young kids. "Years ago, we were what we were, and I certainly wouldn't want to have my young kids watch that product. We've evolved." Many older wrestling fans have been disappointed by the new, tamer WWE, jumping to edgier groups such as TNA and ROH or switching off altogether. But it has helped the company win mainstream sponsors and celebrity involvement, as well as prepare the ground for Vince's wife Linda's runs for the US Senate.
